As part of our program, participants will complete a vocational inventory to identify their strengths and interests. From there, they will work with a coach who will help them set goals and create a plan for achieving those goals. Depending on their vocational choice, participants will have the opportunity to attend local colleges and online trainings to receive specialized training in their field of interest.

Our programs cover a wide range of industries, including healthcare, construction, mechanics, and more. We believe that everyone has the potential to succeed in their chosen field, and we are committed to providing participants with the support and resources they need to achieve their goals.

In addition to vocational training, participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience on the ranch. This includes working with animals, farming, composting, and agritourism.
